Your Role:
– Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, noting times and amounts on patients’ charts.
– Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients’ conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
– Answer patients’ calls and determine how to assist them.
– Measure and record patients’ vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration.
– Provide basic patient care or treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, or performing catheterizations.
Requirement:
– NY LPN License required
– Graduate of LPN education program approved by NYSED for LPN license or HS Diploma/GED + 12 months training in practical nursing
Your Role:
– Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
– Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
– Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
– Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
– Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement or evaluate patient care plans.

Requirement:
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
– Excellent multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment

Your Role:
– Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
– Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs.
– Helping patients eat and take medications.
Making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages.
– Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
– Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed.
– Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort.
– Exercising patients by helping them walk.
Your Role:
– Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms
– Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
– Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
– Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing.
– Assisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.
– Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress.
– Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises.
Your Role:
– Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of physical therapists.
– Help patients who are recovering from injuries and illnesses to regain movement and manage pain.
– Will aid in a variety of patient care, including performing test, evaluations and help in complex procedures.
– Handle scheduling of patients treatment, clinical visits and billing, and other documentation per the department’s requirements.
– Works with patients families and caregivers to implement treatment plans and appropriate activities at home.
– Maintains updated documentation on all the patients treated.
